How long does Consolidation packaging take?
Consolidation usually takes a few business days after the request. - Processing time may vary depending on the warehouse workload. - We recommend waiting until all packages have arrived before submitting the request. - If packaging has not started ("Requested" status), you can cancel and resubmit. ※ The storage timer resets when a packaging/consolidation request is made.What is POB Only packaging?
This option selects and ships only the POB (Pre-Order Benefit) provided by the store. - POBs are usually attached to the outside of the album, so no album opening is required - The album and regular inclusions are excluded from shipment - Relatively low processing difficulty and faster handling ※ Best suited for cases where you want to receive only benefits after bulk purchases.What happens if I request shipment without selecting a packaging option?

When will my signed album arrive?
Prize benefits (signed albums, signed photocards, etc.) are shipped separately by the event organizer. They arrive later than regular albums and may take weeks to months depending on the organizer. Once received at the warehouse, they will automatically appear in your dashboard. ※ Prize benefits are automatically included even if you selected POB Only or Inclusions Only packaging.
