Yes! You can estimate the shipping fee using the Shipping Calculator on the website. Enter your destination country and package details to see estimated costs for FedEx and UPS. ※ Using Consolidation can significantly reduce your shipping fees.

Are there items that cannot be shipped internationally?

The following items may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping: - Cash, valuables, expensive jewelry - Fragile items with high risk of damage - Food, plants, perishable goods - Hazardous materials (batteries, perfume, chemicals, etc.) ※ Additional restrictions may apply depending on the country and carrier.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the shipping fee?

No. Customs duties and taxes are not included. - All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. - If a package is returned due to customs failure, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and additional costs may apply.

What is Dimensional Weight?

Dimensional weight is a calculated weight based on the volume of the package. Carriers charge based on whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight. Formula: (Length × Width × Height) ÷ carrier divisor Repackaging or consolidation can help reduce dimensional weight.

My package is lost or damaged.

Please follow the steps below: 1. Keep all packaging materials and contents 2. File a claim with the carrier 3. Prepare evidence (photos, unboxing video, label, etc.) 4. Contact customer support Compensation is determined based on the carrier's policy.

My package is stuck in customs.

Please check the customs status on the carrier's tracking page first. If additional documents are required, the carrier or customer support will provide guidance.

Can I receive a returned package again?

Yes. However, additional costs may apply depending on the reason for return. - Incorrect address - Unpaid customs duties - Customs failure, etc. For reshipment, both the return shipping fee and reshipment fee will be charged.

How long are packages stored?

Packages are stored for up to 150 days. - Free storage: 90 days - Paid storage: up to 60 additional days (charged per day) ※ Packages may be discarded after the storage period expires.

Can I change my address after the package has been shipped?

Some carriers charge an additional fee for address changes after shipment. Please contact customer support to check if it is possible.

Is domestic delivery or warehouse pickup available in Korea?

No. Domestic delivery and warehouse pickup are not currently supported. Albumbuddy is an international shipping-only service.

Can packages be shipped to Albumbuddy from another country?

No. Receiving packages sent from overseas to the Albumbuddy warehouse is not currently possible. Due to customs issues such as the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), only items shipped from Korean sellers can be received.
