The purpose of this agreement is to obtain the user's consent for the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to provide marketing and promotional information through push notifications.
The Company may collect and use the following information to send push notifications:
Items Collected: Device ID, push notification token, and other device-related identifiers
Purpose of Collection: To deliver marketing and promotional content to the user's device, based on their consent
The Company may send information related to its products, services, promotions, and events via push notifications.
The collected device information will be retained until the purpose of use is achieved or the user withdraws their consent. Upon withdrawal of consent or termination of service, the relevant information will be immediately deleted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users may withdraw their consent to receive push notifications at any time. Once consent is withdrawn, the Company will cease sending marketing notifications.
How to Withdraw Consent: Users can disable push notifications by selecting the “Disable Notifications” option in the application’s notification settings menu.
After withdrawal, the user's device information will be promptly deleted in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Any matters not specified in this agreement shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations.
