How to Delete Your CLASS101 Account

Please make sure to review the following before deleting your account:

  1. Your account deletion will be processed five days after your request, and once completed, it cannot be recovered.

  2. After account deletion, you will not be able to register again with the same account.

  3. If you have any items in the process of delivery, exchange, or return, you cannot request account deletion.

  4. Upon account deletion, all rights held by the member, such as course tickets, coaching tickets, points, cash, and coupons, will be forfeited. Please request refunds before proceeding with the deletion.

  5. All member data stored by the company will be permanently deleted upon account deletion. However, information or materials that the company is legally obligated to retain will be stored for a specified period.

  6. After account deletion, you will not be able to edit or delete any posts you have made on CLASS101. Please make any necessary edits or deletions before submitting your request.

How to Delete Your AccountTo delete your CLASS101 account, log in to CLASS101, then go to [My Page > Click your ID at the top left > Delete Account].
