When the Language Settings Are Incorrect
For App Users:
Open the CLASS101 app.
Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
Click on the gear icon at the top right (Settings).
Select "Region Settings."
Choose "United States / English"
Tap "Change."
※ If you experience issues after following these steps, log out of the app, and on the login screen, change the region settings at the top.
For PC Users:
Ensure that the language settings of your browser are set to English.
If the language is already set to English, check the regional settings on the CLASS101 website.
※ How to set the region:
After logging in, click on "CLASS101+ My Page" at the top right.
Go to the "Settings" tab → Select "Region Settings" and choose "United States / English"
