When the Language Settings Are Incorrect

For App Users:

  1. Open the CLASS101 app.

  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right.

  3. Click on the gear icon at the top right (Settings).

  4. Select "Region Settings."

  5. Choose "United States / English"

  6. Tap "Change."

※ If you experience issues after following these steps, log out of the app, and on the login screen, change the region settings at the top.

For PC Users:

  1. Ensure that the language settings of your browser are set to English.

  2. If the language is already set to English, check the regional settings on the CLASS101 website.

※ How to set the region:

  1. After logging in, click on "CLASS101+ My Page" at the top right.

  2. Go to the "Settings" tab → Select "Region Settings" and choose "United States / English"
