How to Request a Refund on CLASS101

Refunds for CLASS101 services can be requested through [My Page > Subscription Management].

Note: If you purchased a subscription service through external online/offline stores (such as Open G Mall, Gift Store, etc.) or the App Store (IAP, In-App Purchase), please request a refund from the place of purchase.

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, provided that the content or service has not been used.

For annual subscription refunds, you can continue using the service until the end of the month that includes the cancellation request date.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds processed through credit card companies may take 2-5 business days to appear.
