How to Request a Refund on CLASS101
Refunds for CLASS101 services can be requested through [My Page > Subscription Management].
※Please note that if you purchased a subscription service pass through external online/offline stores (e.g., OpenZ Mall, Gift Store) or the Apple App Store (IAP, In-App Purchase), please request a refund from the original purchase site.
※For purchases made through the Google Play Store, please contact the Class101 customer support team for a refund request.
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, provided that the content or service has not been used.
For annual subscription refunds, you can continue using the service until the end of the month that includes the cancellation request date.
Important Notes:
Refunds processed through credit card companies may take 2-5 business days to appear.
