Purchased clips can be downloaded anytime by going to your [Account > Download] page.

Yes. To download a sample, click "Preview Download" on the clip detail page. The preview video is for review or testing purposes only and cannot be used in the final project, with or without the watermark.

If your purchased clip is missing from your Download History or if you encounter a temporary error, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

No. If you purchased clips with a subscription plan, the license expires and the clips become unavailable for download once the subscription is canceled. If you wish to redownload the clip, please repurchase it individually or through a subscription plan.
