If a defect is found after the product arrives, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date through <Customer Inquiry> or the <Chatbot>. We will provide assistance based on the information you provide.

  1. 2-3 photos the flaw can be confirmed

  2. the barcode of the individual packaging of the flawed item (please refer to following picture)

  • Please contact us in 7 days from you receive the item. If we do not receive your contact and the required information in 7 days, we will not be able to handle for you. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Please contact us by following the product conditions below before making an inquiry. 1) Do not use the item (Try on the item is fine) 2) Please include the price tag and other attached tags from the item (Even if it has been removed from the item) 3) Please keep the delivery note.

  • Please note in advance that we do not accept returned items that have been washed or cleaned. Items with odor, dirt, have been scratched or damaged after used, or without label/tags are not accepted for exchange/return as well.  

  • In following cases, the item is not recognized as flawed item as they are acceptable according to Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): Size(±3cm), the odor of new item, color difference, tiny stain(<0.5cm), uncut thread, snag, slight run-off stitch

  • Please note that we do not accept exchange/return due to differences of subjective feeling such as comfort or color. 

  • Depending on the item's condition, we may ask the brand to judge if the item meets the standards of flawed item. In this case, it may take some time for confirmation. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Product sales through the company are not covered by the cooling off system under the provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

  • For used items, we will only deal with return. Exchange is not available for used items.

  • Please note in advance that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of lucky bags (fukubukuro).

  • Basically, we will deal it with exchange; if the item is out of stock, we will arrange return and refund. Refund and exchange will be processed after the item is returned to FASBEE. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  • For the items dealt with return or refund, please send the item back and provide required information in 7 days from you receive our reply. If we do not receive your contact in 7 days, we will not be able to arrange following work for you. We kindly ask for your understanding.
