How can I change member information?

You can change your member information from [My Page]→[Update Account Info] after login to your account. If you would like to change or add address, you can do it from [My address]. Please note that the item will be shipped to the address you choose when you place the order. Therefore, if you would like to change your address, please make sure you complete the change before placing the order.

After logging in to "My Page", you can follow the procedure below to change. 1. Click “Update Account Info” in "My Page" 2. Uncheck the “Send me marketing email” 3. Click “Change” and the process will be completed.

Can I change shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that the process from ordering to shipping will be completed in a short period of time. Since we cannot change the shipping address after the order has been placed, please change the information from the "Confirmation of shipping address" section before ordering.

How can I terminate my account?

To terminate your account, please follow these steps: 1. Log into your account. 2. Click on "Terminate Account" in the menu. 3.
