Manager accounts are divided into Administrator, Team Member, and Viewer roles.
Administrator (Up to 5 users):
Administrators can create and manage coding tests, create questions, and invite applicants.
They can also grant test-related permissions (such as creating tests, inviting applicants, or viewing results) to other users within the same company.
Additionally, they can manage other Administrators, Team Members, and Viewers.
Team Member (Up to 10 users):
Team Members can create and manage tests, create questions, and invite applicants within their assigned team.
They cannot access or manage tests created by other teams.
Viewer (Up to 200 users):
Viewers can view applicant information and test results, and can create internal company questions.
However, they cannot create or manage tests or invite applicants.
Go to Coding Test > Manager Account > Administrator.
Click Register Administrator.
Enter the name and email address of the Administrator you want to invite.
Click Register to send a verification email to the invitee.
Once the invitee opens the email and clicks Start Programmers, the Administrator role will be granted.
Team Members can only manage tests within their assigned team. They cannot view or access tests managed by other teams.
Go to Coding Test > Manager Account > Team Member.
Click Create Team (You may skip this step if a team already exists).
Find your team in the list and click Add Team Member.
Enter the name and email address of the Team Member you want to invite.
Click Register to send a verification email.
Once the invitee opens the email and clicks Start Programmers, the Team Member role will be granted.
Go to Coding Test > Manager Account > Viewer.
Click Register Viewer.
Enter the name and email address of the Viewer you want to invite.
Select the tests that the Viewer should have access to.
Click Register to send a verification email.
Once the invitee opens the email and clicks Start Programmers, the Viewer role will be granted.
You can cancel invitations individually by clicking the delete (⊖) icon next to the person’s name in the Administrator, Team Member, or Viewer list.
