How do I pay?
After requesting a service, please click the 'Pay Now' button to complete the payment. Please transfer the money, enter the amount sent, and enter the transaction ID (not including the #). If you accidentally closed the tab during payment and the 'Pay Now' button disappeared, please go to My account - My invoices/My charges to complete the payment.What are the payment methods and currencies that I can choose?
We currently provide 3 methods of payment - Wise, PayPal, and credit card. We can only receive payments in USD, so please double-check the receiver's currency.When do I have to complete the payment?
For OFMs, the payment for the full item value should be sent before we process your request. The OFM service fees, delivery fees, etc., will be charged upon package arrival and have to be paid in order for your package to be shipped out.
