When listing an item, it is required to select an “Item condition” corresponding to its state and to upload pictures of the item.
Please check the item in your possession and select the condition level that is closest to its actual state.
Additionally, if the selected condition level does not match the actual condition of the item, we will confirm with the buyer at the time of authentication whether or not the transaction can continue.
*Please note that if the transaction is cancelled, we may return the item by cash on delivery.
• When inspecting the item, we will confirm whether its condition meets our guideline standards. • To ensure fairness, item inspection is performed based solely on our guideline standards, without taking into account the contents of the "item description" or comments. *Please note in advance that even if individual identification information such as a PSA certification number is provided, we will not verify the actual item against that description• The item condition table below serves only as an example. Condition level standards may vary depending on the item.• Product images on SNKRDUNK may appear different from actual color tone due to the photoshooting environment.
Please select the most appropriate Condition Level after checking the condition of the item in detail.
If an item falls under multiple Condition Levels, please list it under the lowest applicable level.
*Please note that authentication and inspection criteria differ for items authenticated by PSA or other third-party grading companies and unopened cards (items sealed in packs).
Items that can be listed in the "A" category are limited to items that do not present large and noticeable damage and have been stored in pristine condition overall.
Minor cut marks that may occur during the manufacturing and distribution process and mild warping that can be confirmed from the time of primary distribution are considered initial manufacturing defects that meet our guideline standards for condition “A”.
*Even if an item is in a condition that can be assessed as its initial manufacturing defects, if the existing defects are very noticeable, please list the item in the "B" category.

Items that show minor chipping or scratches will meet the guideline standards for condition “B”.
The following conditions are considered to meet our guideline standards for condition “B”, even if they are present in sparse areas.
*If the area where the relevant condition is found is extensive, please list the item as condition “C”.

Please choose the "C" category when an item presents chipping, scratches, cracking and similar defects that may occur in multiple areas when used during gameplay.
The following conditions will meet the guideline standards for condition “C”, even if they are present in multiple areas.

Extensive scratching
Extensive peeling
Please choose the "D" category for items that have heavy signs of wear on the entirety of their surface.
Discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight and the following conditions are considered to meet our guideline standards for condition “D”, even if they are present in multiple areas.
Large, noticeable white chipping
Large, noticeable denting
Noticeable scratching in multiple areas
Severe peeling that detracts from the design
Writing etc. that detracts from the card’s design, food/beverage staining, as well as the conditions listed below are considered “Conditions outside of our guideline standards” and cannot be listed even as condition “D”.
Severe water damage over an extensive area
Cutting of the card that are not initial manufacturing defects
Inked Cards
Creasing with wrinkles
Only for “Magic: The Gathering” single cards, items in conditions outside of our guideline standards may be listed as condition “D” in some cases.
If a raw card shows conditions listed under [Conditions Outside Our Condition Standards], such as ink marks, heavy creases, or water damage, it generally cannot be listed, even as Condition D.
However, for raw Magic: The Gathering cards, you can list items in conditions outside our condition standards by selecting the lowest condition rank (D).
For PSA, BGS, and ARS authenticated items: Select the applicable condition based on the evaluation grade assigned by each grading agency.
*When listing a set of multiple cards, please select the lowest among their individual grades.
*In the case of PSA "Qualifiers" and "Dual Grading", we authenticate based on PSA's official "Additional Terms & Info".
*We do not perform handwriting authentication for "Dual Grade" items.
For items authenticated by other grading companies: When selecting the item condition, please select the "他鑑定品" (Other Graded) option.
For items graded by PSA, BGS, and ARS, our authentication and inspection will be conducted with the item as is, still inside the card holder.
We do not typically perform detailed condition checks on the card itself contained within the holder, as it is considered to conform to the evaluation of each grading company.
*If the condition of the holder does not meet our standards, or if the card itself is a counterfeit, the transaction will be canceled.
In addition, if the item falls under any of the following conditions, the transaction may be canceled after confirming with the buyer:
If the card itself is sun-faded
If a label issuance error is present *Label issuance: a condition where the description on the PSA label differs from the card inside the holder
If the item is inside a clear slab sleeve, it will be opened at the time of authentication and the sleeve will be discarded by SNKRDUNK.
Even if the item has damage to the holder, you may list it if the following condition is met:- The damaged condition of the holder can be clearly confirmed from the listing images.However, if the internal card is damaged or there is a risk of damage, and such a condition is confirmed, the transaction may be canceled after confirming with the buyer:- Sun-fading on the internal card- If a label issuance error (a condition where the description on the PSA label differs from the card inside the holder) is present- Other damage to the case that may cause damage to the internal card
When listing items authenticated by grading companies other than PSA, BGS, or ARS, please select "他鑑定品" (Other Graded) in the item condition section.
Please note that if the condition of the card itself (inside the holder) is deemed to be outside our guideline standards, the transaction will be canceled.

Minor scratches and the inclusion of air bubbles are considered to be a holder condition within our authentication standards, as they can occur during the manufacturing and distribution process.
*If the relevant condition is present in multiple locations, please provide pictures of the affected areas and also write the details in the additional information section.

Some promotional cards that are distributed inside packs can be listed by sellers as used items even if the original packaging has not been opened.
*For promotional cards that have separate listing pages for “unopened” and “opened” items, please list the item from the listing page that corresponds to the condition of the item in your possession.
Minor damage to unopened packs that may occur during manufacturing or distribution is considered to be within the range of manufacturing defects.
Rest assured that we will carefully authenticate such items focusing on the following points:
・If there is any evidence of the packaging having been opened;
・If the packaging is damaged;
・Whether the packaging is counterfeit or not;
・Whether the card itself (inside the packaging) is counterfeit or not.
