Why can't I make a purchase?

For cards, we accept MasterCard, VISA, or American Express (AMEX) cards that have the respective logos on the face of the card and are compatible with 3D Secure 2.0.

*Please note that some debit and prepaid cards may not be accepted even if they fall under the above categories.

Please note that there may be limits to the payment amount that can be processed at the time of purchase.

For this reason, if you are trying to purchase a high-priced item or a cart order, you may encounter errors and not be able to finalize the purchase, depending on the payment method you selected.

Should you not be able to complete your payment for a high-priced item or cart order, please contact SNKRDUNK Customer Support (information@snkrdunk.com) making sure to include the following information:

・The payment method you have selected (if you are using a credit card, please include the name of the card brand as well);

・The total price of the item(s) you are attempting to check out (before any applied coupon discount).
