How do I change my delivery address?

To prevent unauthorized use, we are unable to accept address changes once on order has been placed.

If you want to ship to a different address on the next purchase, please refer to "How to change my registered address?" and change your registered address from My Page.

*If the delivery cannot be made and the package is returned to our office, you will be charged for re-shipping the item, and it will take additional time to deliver. Please make sure to register an address where you can be sure to receive your items.
