Can you send separate orders together?
In case of buying multiple items separately (i.e. without adding them to the cart), we are not able to pack multiple single orders together for logistics reasons.
Although we cannot ship separate single orders together, if you add multiple items to your cart and purchase them at once, rest assured that we will combine the items included in a single cart purchase in as few shipments as possible based on the order in which they passed authentication.
Adding items to your cart will also lower shipping fees the more items you include in a single cart purchase.

Please note that the combined shipping of your items will depend on the number of items in a single order, as well as the location of the Authentication Center from where the items will be authenticated and shipped from.
If we are unable to fit all of your orders into a single box, we will divide the shipment into as few boxes as possible.
Additionally, your order will be sent separately if part of the items in your order arrives at our Singapore Authentication Center and the other to our Authentication Center in Japan.
Please rest assured that the way shipments are combined will not affect how shipping fees are calculated.
