About our shipment locations

Regarding shipment of items from SNKRDUNK, while our main center of operation is in Japan, please note that we have Authentication Centers in both Japan and in Singapore.

For this reason, your item may be sent from either Japan or Singapore.

Should the seller of the item be based in Japan, your item will be sent directly to our Authentication Center in Japan, but if the seller is based elsewhere, your item will be sent to the Authentication Center in Singapore for authentication before being shipped to you.

You can confirm whether an item will be shipped from Japan or Singapore when selecting the item you wish to buy, then tapping on the “Size” dropdown menu. From the "Choose Size" menu, be sure to tap on the downwards arrow below the size to display the list of all available item listings in that size.

From this list, you will be able to check the location from where each item will be shipped from(either "From SG" or "From JP") and shipping fees, in addition to the number of completed transactions from the seller of that specific item.

Please note that the authentication process follows the same procedure and is held to the same standards between our two centers, so you can rest assured that no matter where the item ships from, it will have been thoroughly and expertly inspected to ensure that it is authentic, brand-new and meets our quality guidelines!
