Damaged Box Guideline
We consider minor damage or stains to boxes that occur during domestic transportation or storage to be within the standards of a "new" item.
For sneakers and shoes, we consider the original box, with the correct style code (model number) and size, to be part of the product.
Please list your item accurately in regards to the box condition as well as the presence/absence of accessories.
If the actual condition of the box does not match the listing information, we will confirm the condition with the buyer and ask if they want to continue with the transaction.
Please note that if the item is cancelled for this reason, it may be returned to you with ‘Cash on Delivery’ (the seller pays for delivery).
*This transaction may be cancelled if there is major damage or staining, even if this is due to natural degradation over time.
Small tears, scratches or stains on the box that can occur from regular transportation or storage of the item will meet our guideline standards.
If a box of a "new" item is found to be severely damaged or stained, we will inform the buyer of the condition of the box and confirm whether or not they want to continue the transaction.
Please note that the transaction may be canceled depending on the buyer's decision.

Small tears at the four corners of the box.
Both corners of one side of the box have small tears.
Minor dents on four corners of the box.
Minor dents and wrinkles on the box surface.
Small holes or cuts on the box surface.
Minor scratches (scuffing) on box surface.
Yellowing on the tags.
The box label shows minor peeling.
Minor damage on the box.
Minor stains on the box.
Single corner damage of the box lid.
The corners of the box are loose.
Light dents on the clear box.
Small tear on the side of the clear box.
Small tear on the corner of the clear box.
Small stains on the clear box.
Items that meet more than one of the above conditions may be considered as not meeting the SNKRDUNK guideline standards.
Two or more large tears at the four corners of the box.
Two or more large dents in the four corners of the box.
One of the four corners of the box is completely torn.
Large crush/tear on box surface.
Boxes have areas that have been modified (e.g. tape or glue).
Stains on the box.
Water damage on the box.
Scribbling or writing marks on the box.
Large peeling on the surface of the box.
The box shows traces of sticker removal.
The box label has been peeled off significantly.
Large visible dent on the box surface.
The delivery slip (shipping label) is attached directly to the item’s box.
*Items such as Space Hippie (NIKE), which have a delivery slip or similar attached directly to the box from the manufacturer, will be considered within the guideline standards.
Box shows heavy tanning/fading.
Clear boxes that are reinforced with tape/glue.
Clear boxes that have large cracks/damage on the sides.
Clear box with corners that are heavily cracked along the box.
Clear box with large cracked corners.
