Using the Cart Feature

By adding items to the cart, you will be able to buy multiple items at once and have them shipped together.

Please note that your order will not be confirmed until your payment is completed.

Additionally, adding items to your cart does not prevent other users from buying them before you, as all items can be purchased by anyone before payment is finalized.

The combined shipping of your items will depend on the number of items in a single order as well as the location of these items.

e.g. If we are unable to fit all of your orders into a single box, we will divide the shipment into as few boxes as possible. Additionally your order will be sent separately if some of the items arrive in our Singapore Authentication Center and the others to our Authentication Center in Japan.

Please rest assured that the way shipments are combined will not affect how shipping fees are calculated.

• Please note that the cart feature is only available on the SNKRDUNK app!

• We can currently only accept card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for payment of cart orders.

• Only one coupon can be used per cart order.

  *Minimum price and/or minimum item requirements may apply when adding a coupon

• We cannot combine other currently active orders into a cart order for bulk shipping.

  Only items made in a cart order are eligible for bulk shipping.

Items in your cart order will be shipped into batches of up to 10 items, into as few packages as possible.

Please note that the number of items included in one package may differ depending on the weight, dimensions and price of the items included in a specific cart order.

In addition, please note that sellers may ship items purchased in the same cart order to either our Japan or Singapore Authentication Centers, depending on the each seller’s location. For this reason, do not be concerned if you receive a portion of your order from Japan and the other from Singapore.

Please note that shipping preparations for items purchased together in a cart order may take longer compared to single-item orders. This is because items that are part of a cart order will be shipped once all items included in a batch of up to 10 items have passed authentication.

Please rest assured that the way shipments are combined will not affect how shipping fees are calculated.

For cart orders in certain countries, customs duties and taxes will be included in the price for orders over a specific amount. Please see the chart below for further information.

If the total price of all items in your cart order go above the price thresholds shown above, you will be informed on the purchase confirmation screen about the payment amount for customs duties and taxes which will be then collected at the time of payment.

Kindly note that for countries not listed above, customs duties will always be “Pay at the Door” meaning that you may be charged customs duties and taxes separately after the items are shipped from our Authentication Centers.

If one of the items in your cart order gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the individual item price and for the shipping fees for that item. The other items in your cart order will not be affected by the cancellation and will proceed as usual.

If you have used a coupon on your cart order, what happens with the refunds from the cancelled item(s) and the coupon will depend on the status of your order and the type of coupon used in the transaction.
