Important Notice: Suspension of Listing Function on SNKRDUNK Global App (Purchases will remain available as usual)

We sincerely thank you for your continued support of SNKRDUNK.

This notice is to inform you that, as part of a shift in our warehouse operations, the listing feature for sneakers on the SNKRDUNK Global (English) App will be suspended. Moving forward, all authentication and shipping processes will be handled at our Japan warehouse in order to further enhance service quality.

Purchasing will still be available as usual, and we encourage you to take full advantage of the improved experience.

In addition, our SNKRDUNK Singapore Flagship Store will officially close on 7th September 2025. We are sincerely grateful for all the support and visits over the years. While this marks the end of our physical store presence in Singapore, it is also a new beginning as we shift our focus toward delivering an even more seamless and engaging online experience for all our customers.


Please take note of the following dates:

  • New listings will be discontinued from 24th July 2025 (SGT/JST)

  • All listings will be removed from 31st July 2025 (SGT/JST)

For transactions confirmed on or before 31st July 2025, please ship your items to the Singapore warehouse as usual.

Regarding transactions that were not shipped by the shipping deadline, or those that did not arrive within the normal delivery period after being shipped by the seller, please check the details below.

  • If a transaction is confirmed by 31st July 2025, but the item is not shipped within 4 days (counting from the day after the shipping deadline), it will be canceled starting on 5th August 2025.

  • If an item is delivered to our Singapore warehouse after cancellation but before 31st August 2025, it will be returned to the sender via cash-on-delivery.

  • Items that arrive after 31st August 2025 will not be accepted, and SNKRDUNK will not be held responsible under any circumstances. In the event of any issues, sellers must resolve them directly with their delivery provider.

  • If a transaction is confirmed by 31st July 2025 and the item is shipped, but it does not arrive at our warehouse within 4 days (counting from the day after shipping), it will be canceled starting on 10th August 2025.

  • If the item is delivered after cancellation but before 31st August 2025, it will be returned to the sender via cash-on-delivery.

  • Items that arrive after 31st August 2025 will not be accepted, and we will not be held responsible under any circumstances. SNKRDUNK assumes no responsibility for late deliveries.
