In order to enhance functionality and security, we will be changing the supported OS version for the SNKRDUNK app.
The operating systems required for use will be as follows:
Supported OS versions for SNKRDUNK app
・iOS 17.0 or later
・Android 10.0 or later
If the OS version of your device does not meet the above requirements, you will no longer be able to install new versions of the app after the implementation date of the above-mentioned change. If you wish to use new versions of the SNKRDUNK app in the future, please update your Apple device OS to iOS 17.0 or higher, or your Android device OS to Android 10.0 or higher.

If you are not able to update the OS of your device, please check other ways of using SNKRDUNK:
You can continue to list, sell and buy on the SNKRDUNK website (browser version).
*You can continue to use the website to complete transactions that are in progress by logging in with the account registered on the SNKRDUNK app.
*The way certain pages are displayed may differ from the app.

You can use the SNKRDUNK app with your current account even if you change your device. We suggest using a device with the OS version listed below:
・For iOS devices: iOS 17.0 or later
・For Android devices: Android 10.0 or later
Q. If I change the device I use, will I lose my account?
A. Your account will not be deleted if you change your device. You can continue to use your current account by logging in from another device.
Q. What will happen if I am using a device that is outside the supported OS and version range on the date of implementation?
A. You will still be able to use the app you have already installed, but you will no longer be able to update it to new versions. You will also no longer be able to newly install the app after the effective date.
