  • Purchased item

  • Received item

  • Registered e-mail address

  • Registered phone number

  • Tracking number

*Please take a picture of the item with the SNKRDUNK Authentication Badge or Sticker visible. Since the Authentication Badge/Sticker proves authenticity, we will not be able to provide any assistance if they have been removed.

In addition, in case of a footwear or streetwear item, make sure that the the area where the size and style code of the item can be confirmed (size tags, size label on the box etc.) is shown in the attached pictures.
