I am concerned about the smell. Can I return the item?

We are unable to accept requests for returns for similar reasons, as we only ship items that meet our authentication standards, which include an odor check during the authentication.

The following smells, which are generally found in products that are purchased in the primary distribution market, are considered within the authentication standards.

・Odors derived from materials used in the product.

・Odors derived from packaging materials.

・Odors from air fresheners, etc. installed at the store of purchase.

In addition, since SNKRDUNK is a service that allows sellers to sell items in their possession, odors that are expected to change over time during the storage period, between the time of purchase to the time of listing, are considered within the authentication standards.

We will not accept any smells that do not fall within the above criteria.
