Each test may have different access methods, devices, and question types. Before starting, carefully review the rules and policies for your specific test.You only need to follow the instructions that apply to your test.

  • To ensure a smooth test experience, your connected devices, network, and system performance will be checked.

  • Once the check is complete, you can view the results.

  • Results are shown as Stable, Needs Attention, or Unstable.

  • If your status is not Stable, please improve your environment before proceeding.After reviewing the results, check the box at the bottom and click Next to continue.

Stable

  • All items are functioning normally.

Needs Attention

  • Some conditions are not optimal.

  • You can still take the test, but it may not run smoothly. Environment improvement is recommended.

Unstable

  • Certain items are unsuitable for testing and require action.

  • You may experience various issues during the test, so please improve your environment.


  • When the Next button is activated, click it to continue.

  • If this is the last step, you will move to Complete Set up. Keep the connection active until the test starts.

  • A proctor may verify your setup depending on regulations.

  • At the scheduled time, the Start button will be activated.

I can’t access the test page.

Make sure you’re using the latest invitation email.If the issue continues, contact the organizer.

  • Test period ended – The test has closed, or entry time has passed.

  • Invitation expired – A new invitation was sent, or the access period ended. Use the most recent email.

  • Pre-test not completed – Some tests require a pre-test. Access is limited if not done.

It says “The screen size is too small.”

This means your current device or display settings don’t meet the test requirements.The test must be taken on a laptop or desktop — mobile phones and tablets are not supported.

If you’re already on a computer, adjust your display resolution or zoom level:

  • On Windows: press Ctrl + – or use Ctrl + mouse scroll to zoom out.

  • You can also change the resolution from Settings/Control Panel → Display/Screen.

How do I open an Incognito window in Chrome?

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome and select New Incognito window.

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N

  • Mac: ⌘ + Shift + N

Then, try accessing the test page again using the Incognito window.

How do I update Chrome?

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome and open Settings.Go to About Chrome to check for updates.

You can also type chrome://settings/help in the address bar to open the update page directly.

How do I reset Chrome?

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner → SettingsReset settingsRestore settings to their original defaults.

You can also type chrome://settings/reset in the address bar to open the reset page directly.

Which programs should I close or uninstall?

End or uninstall all programs not related to the test.Pay special attention to apps that use the camera, such as Zoom or AquaNPlayer.

  • Security programs: Alyac, V3, banking security software

  • Security modules: TouchEn, Veraport, Wizvera Process Manager, iniLINE CrossEX Service, AnySign4PC

  • Video/camera programs: Zoom, AquaNPlayer

  • Ad blockers: AdGuard, AdBlock, Unicorn

  • Browser-blocking tools: iZicimi, etc.
