Digital Guarantee Card

• You can check the digital guarantee card in the following order:

  1. Guarantee Info SMS

  2. Click the brand lounge URL Link

  3. Sign up to Vircle

  4. Check your Guarantee Card Details

     1. Visit the Brand lounge for more contents.

• If you entered a global phone number when purchasing from the brand, the guarantee card information will be sent by SMS.

• Please click on the https://link.vircle.co.kr/b/OOO URL.

• Please sign up to use the brand guarantee service.

• Once you complete the sign up, you can use the guarantee service.

• You can navigate back to the brand lounge by pressing the back button on the [Guarantee Details] screen.

  • Link to the brand lounge.

• In the brand lounge, you can easily request A/S (after-sales service) or view various content from the brand.

• When you press the back button in the brand lounge, you can return to the Lounge Home.

• On the Lounge Home, you can gather and view brand news, and navigate to the lounges of various brands.

The phone number entered when placing the order and the phone number entered during Vircle Sign up must match for the guarantee card to be displayed. For other cases, please contact us or the brand directly.
