We can store your items at our Seoul location.
During our current soft launch, storage is free for up to 60 days.
You can combine multiple requests and ship them together when you’re ready.

Yes, we can help purchase from Korean websites when possible, including stores that require Korean payment, a Korean address, or local checkout.
Send us the product link, quantity, and exact options—such as size, color, version, or member—and we’ll check the purchase requirements for you.
We can visit eligible pop-ups, cafés, stores, events, and other offline locations on your behalf, depending on staff availability, location, timing, and event conditions.
The normal Base Service Fee still applies to purchased items.
Offline visit fees start at $30 / ₩46,800 for up to 1 hour.
If the final secured offline item total is ₩300,000 or more, the hourly Offline Service Fee is waived.
We can help with eligible fansign and video-call event purchases.
Send us the event link, member, quantity, and purchase deadline as early as possible so we can check the requirements and complete the purchase before the cutoff.
Event availability, benefits, and winner selection are controlled by the organizer and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs charges depend on your destination, product type, and declared value. How they are handled depends on the carrier.
Standard DHL Customs and VAT are not prepaid. If import charges apply, you’ll pay them directly to DHL or customs when the parcel arrives in your country.
DHL Pre-paid Duties/VAT We calculate the estimated import charges in advance and add them to your shipping invoice, so they are prepaid through Wondernara before shipment. This helps you avoid arranging the customs payment yourself after arrival.
For example, for a shipment to the Netherlands, the applicable 21% VAT can be included on your shipping invoice and prepaid before shipment.
A ₩30,000 prepaid-duty handling fee applies when using DHL Pre-paid Duties/VAT.
For these carriers, customs and VAT must be handled as prepaid through Wondernara when applicable. We calculate the estimated amount and include it with your shipping invoice before dispatch.
Higher-value shipments may also have additional duties depending on the destination and item type.
We’ll always show the customs amount before shipment so you know what you’re paying.
