First, please check if the device is turned on properly on the grey bar at the bottom.
The Administrator of this Space has disabled video feautures it in the map settings. In order to use them, you need to contact the Space Administrator.
ZEP: Camera off, microphone off status
ZEP2: Camera on, microphone off status
ZEP3: Camera off, microphone on status
Please check the site device permissions of your browser!

Apple menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording > Find Chrome and turn the toggle on.
If the method above does not work, try the following method (Mac)
Apple menu > System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording > Locate Chrome and select the checkbox to disable screen recording > 'Quit and Reopen' or 'Later' > Reset screen recording > Quit Chrome and relaunch
What if I can only see a black screen even though I am currently sharing my screen?
1. Chrome More > Settings > Advanced > System > Turn off Use graphics acceleration when possible’
2. Disconnect the connected monitor and reconnect after rebooting your PC/Mac.
Search ‘Camera Privacy Settings’ in the Windows search bar and check the content below.

Allow access to camera and microphone in app
Despite confirming all of the above, if your camera still does not work, please search for 'camera' in the Windows search bar and check if the camera app is functioning properly.
If the camera does not appear in the camera app, please follow the instructions below!
[Three dots on the top right of Chrome] > [Help] > [About Chrome]
[System] > Please turn off and then turn back on [Turn off background apps even after closing Chrome]
If the issue was resolved using the method above, it is presumed that closing Chrome did not stop the background apps, which continued to use the camera and microphone in the background.
If you continue to use the camera and microphone in the browser, you may not be able to use the camera and microphone in another desired browser at the same time.
If you have tried this method and the camera still does not appear in the camera app, it means that the camera itself is not working, so please check your device.
Windows [Control Panel] > Search for 'Sound' and double-click
[Recording] tab > Click [Microphone] > [Levels] tab > Set to 100
After reviewing the content above , search for [Sound] in the Windows search bar and run [Troubleshoot] in the input device settings.
After confirming everything above, please check if the voice recorder on your PC is recording.
If it still does not record, it is suspected to be a problem with the microphone, so please contact the device manufacturer.
For Bluetooth earphones, smooth operation is not guaranteed in WebRTC-based services. We recommend using wired earphones for optimal sound quality and uninterrupted video viewing.
The blur function within the current settings window may affect the performance of ZEP. If there is a problem with the camera, please try checking if the problem still occurs after excluding the blur feature.
