Undo

Ctrl + Z

The undo function allows you to undo your last action. You can use it multiple times in a row to undo multiple actions. The undo function can only undo actions performed during the current editing session.

Redo

Ctrl+Shift+Z

The redo function allows you to redo the last action that you had undone. You can use it multiple times to redo multiple actions, but you can only use the redo function after the undo function had been used.

Resize map

You can adjust the map size to suit your needs.

You can access various functions from the top panel.

The options on the right represent the type of item you are editing, while the options on the left correspond to tools you can use to apply changes to those items.

Stamp Guide

This tool can delete things that have been placed on the map grid.

  1. Click on Eraser in the top panel.

  2. Select the category of the item you want to remove.

  3. Left-click the grid tile the item is placed on.

For objects and top objects, you can erase them by clicking the gear icon on the top left of the object while the Eraser is selected.

Having trouble erasing something? Use the following checklist to find the problem.

Floor

  • Make sure Floor is selected on the top panel.

  • Make sure the tile is not a wall tile.

  • Make sure what you’re trying to erase is a tile and not part of a background image.

Wall

  • Make sure Wall is selected on the top panel.

  • Make sure the tile is not a floor tile.

  • Make sure what you’re trying to erase is a tile and not part of a background image.

Object & Top Object

  • Objects and Top objects are on separate layers. Make sure you have the correct one selected.

  • Make sure you are clicking on the gear icon and not the object itself

  • Depending on the object’s size, the object and corresponding gear icon may be far from each other.

  • Make sure what you’re trying to erase is not a wall or floor tile.

  1. Click Arrow on the top panel and drag the editor screen with your mouse.

  2. Use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the editor screen.

You can also use mouse wheel drag. Scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

You can copy and paste floor tiles, wall tiles, objects, and tile effects. The detailed settings of the item are also copied when using this tool.

  1. Select the category of the item you wish to copy.

  2. Click on Dropper from the top panel.

  3. Click on the tile you want to copy, and then click on the tile where you want to apply the copied effect.

  1. Click on Objects or Top objects on the top panel.

  2. Click on Dropper from the top panel.

  3. While the dropper is selected, object’s gear icon is replaced with a dropper icon. Click the dropper icon and your tool will automatically switch to the stamp tool.

  4. Place the copied item wherever you like.

When using the eyedropper tool, each detailed setting is also copied.

If an object overlaps with another object and the copied object is positioned behind, check if the object in front is not set as the top object.

If it isn't the top object, this issue may be due to the copying process, which includes the object's installation order in its settings.

In such cases, instead of copying the object, please install the new object afresh.

  1. Clicking on Resize map causes a dialog window to appear.

  2. You can adjust the map size by specifying the width and height of the map in tiles.

  • Maximum Map Size: 512 tiles x 512 tiles (16,384px x 16,384px)

  • Each tile is 32px x 32px.

Clear all: Resets the map by deleting all objects and tiles.

Clear all tile effects: Resets the map's tile effects which include all items placed on the map grid tile such as objects, floor tiles, tile effects, etc.

Reset data cannot be restored, so please think carefully before using the Clear all and Clear all tile effects functions.
