Map Upload Guide

Please Note the Following When Uploading a Map to the Asset Store.

  • Once a map is registered on the Asset Store, it is no longer possible to access the Map Editor, so the map can no longer be edited.

  • Once a map is registered on the Asset Store, the [Delete Space] button within the Space Settings page will be inactive, so map deletion will not be possible. Please keep this in mind when registering your map.

  • Please note that the objects used to create the map will be uploaded together.

  • Before uploading the map, please confirm that the map works normally in a mobile environment.

  • Create a thumbnail with a picture of the actual map (either the whole map or part of the map image).

  • The recommended map thumbnail size is 520*340px.

  • If the map needs an explanation, write it in the map description section.

  • Maps containing objects that violate copyright cannot be registered for sale. ZEP official objects can be used.

  • The map will be public after uploading, so please upload a map that everyone can enjoy.

  • Portal tile functionality may fail if the designated area name exists on multiple maps. Please make sure that the designated area name does not overlap with other area names.

I want to make a change to an uploaded asset. What should I do?

  • Basically, you cannot modify assets that have been reviewed and uploaded to the Asset Store.

  • The improved or updated version of an already uploaded asset can be reviewed with the requirements below met.

    1. Add a version next to the name of the uploaded asset. E.g., Paintman V2

    2. Write the changes as specifically as possible in the description box. You can add videos or screenshot images that show how it works.

    3. Make sure to include content that is differentiated from the original asset.

※ If you are unable to use the existing set or if there is a problem, please send us an inquiry via chatting.
