ZEP will implement a new subscription system based on the maximum number of concurrent users per Space.

The free plan allows up to 20 concurrent users.

You can pay for the Premium Plan by making a monthly advance payment for the upcoming month's usage fee every 30 days.

The Premium Plan is billed per Space.

For instance, if you have purchased the Premium Plan for Space A, it will only be applied to that specific Space.

This is the total number of concurrent users for the Space you have purchased. This includes all users currently connected to all maps within that Space.

For example, if there is a space called A with maps 1, 2, and 3, the number of concurrent users is the total number of people connected to maps 1, 2, and 3.

Yes, you can change your plan while using it.

If you wish to increase the maximum number of concurrent users or switch from Basic to Pro, only an additional amount will be charged, and the upgraded features will be available immediately.

If you wish to reduce the maximum number of concurrent users or switch from the Pro Plan to the Basic Plan, which lowers the plan cost, the changed amount will be charged next month, and the new plan will take effect after the payment is made.

Customers who are currently using the Premium Space service should maintain their current plan until the contract expires.

After the contract expires, they are advised to subscribe to the new Premium Plans.

If you upgrade your plan while hosting an event and your Space is at capacity, the upgrade will take effect immediately without any need to refresh the page.

The capacity will increase seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted video and audio.

However, to access premium apps and settings, you will need to refresh your Space.

The minimum payment unit for ZEP is one month.

To ensure that automatic renewal payments do not occur after paying for a plan, please cancel your subscription.

Sign in to the ZEP homepage with an account that has Admin or higher permission for the Space subscribed to the Premium Plans. Then navigate to the top right profile button and click [Manage Subscribed Spaces].

Then navigate to the top right profile button and click [Manage Subscribed Spaces] > [Manage Plans]. In the Manage Billing tab, click on [Change] to update your payment card.

Please note that this feature is unavailable in the mobile app.

Of course, you can use company cards to subscribe to the Premium Plans.

Recurring payments(subscriptions) for Premium plans, are automatically renewed every 30 days unless manually canceled. Please refer to the refund policy below and follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

ZEP and ZEP Edu Premium plans are not eligible for full or partial refunds.

  • Once payment is made for the ZEP Premium Plan, your Space is allocated to a virtual server and the premium service begins immediately. Refunding the amount already paid is challenging due to the immediate usage and ongoing maintenance of usage status.

  • Upon completing the subscription cancellation process, the contract between ZEP and the user is terminated, and reactivation is not possible. If you start a new subscription later, the promotional price of the previous premium plan may not be retained, as the pricing policy at the time of payment will apply.

  • To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least one day before the next payment is due. Check your next billing date by logging into ZEP, selecting [ID] in the upper right corner, and choosing [Manage Subscriped Spaces].

  • Log in to ZEP with the account used for payment.

  • Select [ID] in the upper right corner.

  • Choose [Manage Subscriped Spaces], then [Manage Plan] for the Space you want to cancel.

  • Click the [Cancel Subscription] button at the bottom.

Note: Subscription cancellation is only possible through the method above.

If you cancel the subscription and there is remaining time on the already paid plan, you can continue to use the ZEP during that period.

Canceling won't give you a refund, and fees paid before the cancellation date won't be partially reimbursed

You can withdraw your 'Cancel Subscription' request during the remaining usage period.

From December 27th, 2023 the payment details can be directly inquired and printed through the path below.

Log in with Space Manager privileges or higher > Select the account name in the top right corner > Manage Subscription Space > Payment Management > Payment History > Receipt

For the payments made before December 27th, 2023 it may be a bit inconvenient, but if you request via chat support, we will check and guide you accordingly.
