We are writing to inform you of some important updates to the pricing structure and payment methods for ZEP services, effective September 26, 2024.
We encourage you to review these changes to ensure you make the most of our services and take advantage of potential cost-saving opportunities.
Starting September 26, if your team requires simultaneous access for more than 10 users, a subscription plan will be necessary.
To better align our pricing with your usage needs, we are introducing more flexible subscription options that allow you to choose the exact number of concurrent users in increments of 10.
Example)
Before the update: Required concurrent users 138 → Payment for 200 users (due to plan limitations)
After the update: Required concurrent users 138 → Payment for 140 users (select a plan that matches your needs)
This adjustment ensures you only pay for the exact number of users you need, optimizing your service costs.
As always, annual subscriptions come with a discount compared to monthly payments.
For teams larger than 300 users, please contact us directly for Enterprise pricing options.
We’re excited to introduce new 1-day and 3-day passes for one-time use.
These passes allow you to purchase access for a specific number of users on selected dates.
This new option provides more flexibility for those with occasional or short-term needs.
For customers who prefer not to subscribe on a monthly or annual basis, we now offer the option to make a one-time payment.
Simply choose the number of months you require, and pay upfront without committing to a subscription.
This is your final opportunity to lock in the current rates by making a long-term payment before the pricing revision takes effect.
