A voucher is a registration code that lets you use the ZEP QUIZ Premium Plan for a fixed period of time.
If you received a voucher through a promotion, event, or an educational institution, register it and start using it anytime before it expires.
Go to the voucher page: https://quiz.zep.us/voucher
Enter your voucher code and register it.
After registration, the voucher is not applied immediately. It will be saved in your Voucher storage.
In the Voucher Wallet, click Use to activate the plan included in the voucher.
Please check before using a voucher
A voucher can be used only when no plan is currently applied.
You cannot use a voucher if:
You are already on a plan
A plan is scheduled to be applied
You have been invited to a plan
Each voucher has a expiry date.
You cannot use a voucher after the expiry date has passed.
Even if the plan activated by a voucher ends, an expiration notice may not be sent.
I registered a voucher, but the plan is not applied.
Make sure you clicked Use in your Voucher Wallet.
Also check whether you are already on a plan or if a plan is scheduled to be applied.
Can I register multiple vouchers?
Yes, you can register multiple vouchers.
However, you can use only one voucher at a time.
After your current plan ends, you can use another registered voucher.
I registered a voucher, but I can’t see it in my storage.
Check if the voucher code is correct.
Refresh the page and check again.
Can I transfer a voucher to another account?
A voucher can be used only in the account where it was registered.
The Use button is disabled in my voucher storage.
You may already be on a plan, have a plan scheduled, or be invited to a plan.
Also check whether the voucher’s expiry date has passed.
Can I cancel after using a voucher?
Once you click Use, the plan is activated immediately, and cancellation is not available.
Is the expiry date different from the plan period?
Yes. The expiry date is the last day you can click Use.
The plan period starts from the moment you click Use.
