A voucher is a registration code that lets you use the ZEP QUIZ Plan for a fixed period of time.
You can now register and use vouchers in the Voucher Storage in Plan Management.
After registering a voucher and saving it to your storage, click Use to start the plan.
At the bottom of the page, go to Voucher Storage and click Register voucher.
Enter the voucher code you received and register it.
Once the voucher is added to your storage, check its status in the Available tab.
Click Use and confirm to start the plan immediately.
Registration and use are different!
Registration: This saves the voucher to your storage. Registering it does not start the plan.
A registered voucher does not prevent you from purchasing another plan or joining an organization plan.
Use: The plan starts as soon as you click “Use.” You cannot choose a future start date.
You can use a voucher only when the entire voucher period is free.
You cannot use a voucher if its plan period overlaps another plan that is active now or scheduled for later, even by one day.
If another plan is scheduled after your current plan, the entire voucher period must fit within the gap between the two plans.
You are currently using a personal plan
A future personal plan is scheduled or its period overlaps
You belong to or have been invited to an organization plan
A plan payment is being processed
Each voucher has a “use-by date,” which you can check on the voucher card or in the details.
Once it expires, you cannot use the voucher.
The plan period is counted from the moment you click “Use,” not from the voucher’s use-by date.
I registered a voucher, but my plan has not started.
Registering a voucher only saves the code to your storage. To start the plan, click “Use” in Voucher Storage.
“Use” may be unavailable if you are using a current plan or have a future plan scheduled.
Can I register a voucher while using my current plan?
Yes. You can register it. The voucher stays in your storage and can be used after your current plan ends when the usage conditions are met.
Can I register multiple vouchers?
Yes, you can register multiple vouchers.
You can use only one voucher at a time.
You can use the next voucher after your current plan ends, as long as its period does not overlap another plan.
I registered a voucher, but it does not appear in Voucher Storage.
Make sure you are signed in to the account where you registered the voucher.
Check for the registration confirmation, then refresh the page.
If it still does not appear, contact us with the voucher code and the account information used to register it.
Can I move a registered voucher to another account?
A voucher can only be used in the account where it was registered. It cannot be moved to another account after registration.
The “Use” button in Voucher Storage is disabled.
You may be using a current plan or have a future plan scheduled.
The voucher’s full period may overlap your current or next plan.
You may belong to an organization plan or have an organization plan invitation.
The voucher may have expired or its campaign may have ended.
Can I use a voucher during the gap between my current and next plans?
Yes. You must be able to use the voucher after your current plan ends, and its full period must fit within the gap.
Vouchers cannot be scheduled for a future date. The plan starts immediately when you click “Use” at an eligible time.
Can I use a voucher after receiving an organization plan invitation?
You cannot use a voucher while you have an organization plan invitation or membership.
Conversely, you cannot join an organization plan if you have a current or future personal plan. Contact us first to ask whether the existing personal plan can be canceled or refunded.
Can I cancel after using a voucher?
Once the plan starts after you click “Use,” the voucher use cannot usually be canceled or reversed. Check the dates and plan details before using it.
Are the voucher use-by date and plan period different?
The use-by date is the last date on which you can use the voucher.
The plan period starts when you click “Use” and continues for the duration specified by the voucher.
