How to Unlock a Locked Quiz
If the quiz is locked and you are unable to access or edit it, please follow the methods below.
Quizzes created as "Pro-exclusive maps" will be restricted once the creator’s Pro Plan expires, with the following limitations:
Access to the quiz room and solving questions
Editing and sharing quiz content
Please note that once a quiz map is locked, it cannot be edited, and students will not be able to enter the quiz room!
A lock icon will appear at the top of the quiz detail page.
A notification popup will appear when trying to edit the quiz.
When entering the quiz room, a message will appear stating that solving questions is not possible.
Once you upgrade to the Pro Plan, the quiz will be unlocked immediately.

Go to your quiz detail page.
Click the
[Duplicate]button at the bottom of the page.In the copied quiz, select one of the free map templates and save it as a new quiz.
