The more those chats accumulate, the more rewards come back to you โ that system is Berries.
Here's how Berries accumulate:
Every time a user chats with your character, a certain percentage of the ProChats used is earned as Berries.
However, the point at which Berries are activated depends on the chat count.

โป Berry Earning Criteria
Based on the number of chats generated with purchased ProChats; chats using free ProChats are not included.
Chat counts are tallied independently per work. If you have multiple characters, each one must reach 500 chats.
'ProChats used' is the sum of the base chat consumption and the output-level setting consumption. ProChats spent on adjusting maximum memory in Memory+ are not included and are excluded from Berry earning.
Berry earning rates vary by creator tier and by new-release/exclusive status.
Even the lowest tier, Baby, starts at 10% of purchased-ProChat usage,
and higher tiers earn more.
Register your work as a new release or exclusive to earn even more Berries!
During the new-release period, a higher earning rate applies than for regular works.
Even after the new-release period ends, B Only (exclusive) works keep a higher earning rate than regular works.
New Release Conditions in Detail
New-release period: 30 days from the moment the work is set to 'Public'
Berries are earned in all statuses: 'Public', 'Private', and 'Link-only'.
ProChats you spend on your own works also count toward earning.
Example
If you use purchased ProChats while your work is 'Private' after creation, Berries accrue at the regular rate,
and from the moment you switch it to 'Public', it is treated as a new release and the new-release rate applies.

ย New Release Promotion
When you release a new character, an extra 3% is added to each title's base Berry earning rate.
(e.g., Hyper title B Only base rate 20% + new release promotion 3% = final 23%)
You can convert your accumulated Berries into ProChats. Berries can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
Conversion is available from 5,000 Berries.
Conversion rate: 10 Berries = 1 ProChat
Converted ProChats can be used for chats with any work โ including your own characters โ and for supporting creators.
Converted ProChats are valid for 1 year from the conversion date.

Automatic expiration: Berries expire automatically 1 year after they are earned, at 12:00 AM PST on the 1st of the following month.
Immediate expiration: If your account becomes dormant or you delete your account, your Berries expire immediately and cannot be recovered.

So that every creator receives benefits fairly, the following violations may result in suspension of Berry payments and permanent restriction of service use (permanent ban).
Inactivity: Extended inactivity, or keeping characters only in Private/Link-only status.
Copyright violation: Using others' content without permission or infringing copyright.
Policy violation: Repeatedly breaking operating policies or engaging in inappropriate behavior that harms the service.
Recommendation: For stable rewards and copyright protection, we recommend not posting the same character on other platforms.

Q. Is the 500-chat requirement the combined total across all my characters?
No, it applies per work. If you have created multiple characters, each character must independently reach 500 chats for its Berries to be activated.
Q. Can Berries disappear before activation (before chat 501)?
Yes, the expiration policy applies equally to accumulating Berries. Even before activation, Berries can expire one year after being earned โ so running a character that stays loved over time works in your favor.
Q. How long does the new-release earning rate apply?
It varies by work. You can check whether the new-release benefit is currently applied on each work's detail page.
Q. Where can I check my converted ProChats?
You can check them at My Page > ProChat History.
