Want to support a character you've enjoyed or a creator you love?
Show your appreciation with the Support feature!
Support lets you send ProChats to the BabeChat characters and creators you love. It's a community feature separate from chatting, and a way to thank the creators behind your favorite characters.
Only purchased ProChats can be used for Support, and each Support requires a minimum of 1,000 ProChats.
Found a character you love? You can send support in the following two ways.
From the character detail page: Click the support banner right above the comments section
While writing a comment: Click the ProChat button on the right side of the comment input field
Tap the Support button to open the Support window, then enter the number of ProChats you'd like to send.
Next, write a message to the creator. It's posted as a comment, so the creator can see it in their 'My Supports' tab and in the character's comments section.
You've now successfully supported a character!
Love a particular creator's work? You can also support the creator directly.
From the character list: Click the creator's name shown under the character's name
From the character detail page: Click the creator's name shown at the top
On the creator's profile page, you'll find the 'Support' button.
It works the same way as supporting a character: tap the Support button, enter the number of ProChats to send, and write a message to the creator.
Messages sent from a creator's profile are visible only to that creator in their 'My Supports' tab, so feel free to make them more personal.
You've now supported the creator directly!
You can check your support history anytime. Go to My Page → Activity → My Supports tab to see all your support activity at a glance.
If you're a creator, the 'Supports Received' tab shows the messages other users have sent you, along with the number of ProChats you actually receive after the Support fee.
Total ProChats received from supports: Support received through your profile and your characters
ProChats I received: Support received directly through your creator profile
ProChats my characters received: Support received through your characters
The two are shown separately, so you can see where your support came from.
※ Support fee: creators receive 70%–90% of the ProChats sent, depending on their Creator Club title. For the rate by title, see the Creator Club guide. Received ProChats can be used on BabeChat but can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
The 'Supports Sent' tab shows all the support you've sent so far.
Total supports sent: The total number of times you've sent support
Creators supported: The number of times you've sent support through creator profiles
Characters supported: The number of times you've sent support through characters
This makes it easy to see which creators and characters you've supported.
Want to see the detailed history of ProChats used or received through support?
My Page → My ProChats → Usage History tab shows the following information:
History of ProChats used for support
Expiration dates of your ProChats (purchased ProChats are valid for 1 year from purchase; free ProChats expire on the date shown when they're granted)
History of ProChats received through support
Received/used support ProChats can be found under the 'Purchased ProChats' item in the usage history tab.
Support messages mean a lot to creators. Please leave a heartfelt message.
Support is final and cannot be canceled or refunded once sent, so please double-check before sending. For ProChats purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are subject to that store's refund policy.
