How can I request an item that is not listed on the site?

You can request an item via the "Request Item" feature. - Items from existing partner stores: reflected relatively quickly - Items from new stores: reviewed and notified (may take time depending on the situation)

Are orders processed on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, the order team operates independently on weekends and public holidays. - Event orders with deadlines are processed before the deadline even on weekends/holidays. - The CS channel operates only during weekday business hours (10:00–19:00 KST). - CS responses may be delayed during holiday periods, but order processing is not affected.

Why was my order automatically cancelled?

The main reasons for automatic cancellation are: - The item was out of stock at the store - The order was placed after the event deadline - The item could not be purchased from the site Cancelled orders are automatically refunded. ※ Albumbuddy's inventory is not updated in real time, so out-of-stock items may appear as available.

How do I cancel an order? Are there any fees?

This depends on the order processing status. - Before processing (Paid status): Free cancellation - After order placed (Ordered status): $10 USD cancellation fee + return shipping cost ※ Bunjang orders cannot be cancelled after purchase confirmation due to the secondhand nature of the transaction.

Can I use the purchasing service for Bunjang (번개장터) items?

Yes, Bunjang purchasing service is supported. You can search for Bunjang items on the Albumbuddy site and place an order. If the item is not found, select "Other Suppliers" and submit the Bunjang link. ※ Bunjang transactions cannot be cancelled after purchase confirmation. We confirm with the seller before proceeding.

When are orders processed?
