Why is the Albumbuddy price higher than the original store?

Albumbuddy prices include the product cost + payment processing fees (card/PayPal/Wise). - This is not an error; it is a normal pricing structure. - Store prices may not be updated in real time. - If the price difference seems unusually large, please share the original store link via chat. ※ We recommend Wise payment to minimize processing fees.

Why does the total amount differ depending on the payment method?

This is because each payment method has different processing fees charged by the payment provider. PayPal, credit cards, Wise, and other methods each have their own fee structures set by external payment companies. As a result, the final amount may differ depending on the payment method used for the same order.

How do I receive a refund? How long does it take?

Refund method and processing time vary by payment method: - Credit card: refunded to the original card, 3–5 business days - Wise: refunded via Wise tag or pay.me link, same day to 3 business days - PayPal: transaction fees (6–7%) are non-refundable ※ The accounting team does not operate on weekends; requests after Friday will be processed from Monday.

If I cancel a PayPal order, will I receive a full refund?
