Refund EligibilityYou may request a refund only if you have not used the purchased Wing (🪽) product within 7 days of purchase. No refund will be provided if you have accessed the service or if 7 days have passed since the payment date.
Validity PeriodPurchased Wing (🪽) products are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, Wings (🪽) will expire and cannot be refunded.

Refund Eligibility:
A refund for a membership product may be requested if the membership has not been used within seven (7) days of payment. Once service has been utilized or after seven (7) days from payment, refunds are not permitted.

Charges for membership products will be automatically applied to the registered payment method 30 days from the date of payment. You have the option to change your payment method prior to your next billing date.
Automatic Renewal:
Unless you cancel your membership before the end of the current usage period, your membership will automatically renew under the same terms.
