Refund for Apple App Store Purchases

If you made a purchase through the App Store (In-App Purchase) within the iPhone app, it is difficult for CLASS101 to process refunds directly. This is because sales through the App Store are subject to Apple's regulations.

Please refer to the following steps to request a refund:

  1. Go to the reportaproblem.apple.com page.

  2. Log in with your Apple ID and password.

  3. If you see a "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item you want a refund for, click the button.

  4. Follow the instructions displayed on the page, select the reason for the refund, and submit your request.
