How to Request a Refund on CLASS101

You can apply directly for a refund for the Class 101 subscription through the following channels:

Refund basis

  1. repayment in full

It is only possible if you have not used the content or service within seven days

from the payment date.

  1. an annual subscription

Even if you apply for an interim refund, you can still use the content until the end of

the subscription period for the month that includes the application date.

・Example: If a user who made a payment for an annual subscription on September

   5, 2024, at 9:15 p.m., requested a refund on November 12, 2024, they will be able

   to take the course until 9 p.m. on December 5, 2024.

Refund method by place of purchase

  1. External Online/Offline Stores

 ・If you purchased a subscription from an external online/offline store, such as an

  open shopping mall, gift store, or Apple App Store, please request a refund directly

  from the place of purchase.

  1. Google Play Store Purchase

 ・Please proceed with the refund request through the Class 101 customer center.

・Credit card companies may take 2 to 5 business days to process the refund.
