- February 13 → Regular Business Hours
February 14 - 18 → Weekend + Korean New Year Holiday Closure
February 19, 20 → Regular Business Hours
February 21, 22 → Weekend Closure
February 23 - → Regular Business Hours
We will begin responding to all inquiries submitted during the closure period sequentially starting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 9:30AM(KST).
