Handling levels

Here’s how product inspection works in our We Buy & Ship service.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected according to the inspection level you selected. Please review the scope of inspection and our limitations of liability below.

Customers can choose their preferred product inspection and handling level when placing an order. We offer three levels of handling services, each with a corresponding handling fee:

A basic, budget-friendly option that covers only the purchase and storage of your item. No inspection or verification is provided. Consequently, we are not liable for wrong items, defects, or damage.

Our most popular service, offering affordable and reliable handling. This includes a visual inspection to confirm that the item matches your order and is free from visible damage

  • Includes visual inspection for item match and visible damage

  • Restricted items (such as AAA batteries, detachable batteries, small quantities of liquids, or snacks) designated as non-shippable will be removed before the package number is assigned

This comprehensive service includes all Standard service features plus a detailed inspection with video recording. Inspection of items not included in the main order, such as pre-order benefits, is available exclusively through the Premium handling service.

  • Detailed inspection with recorded footage provided

  • Restricted items (such as AAA batteries, detachable batteries, small quantities of liquids, or snacks) that we have designated as non-shippable will be removed before the package number is assigned.

  • Inspection of items outside the main order (e.g., pre-order benefits) is available only with the Premium handling service

Please note that the following items are excluded from inspection under all service levels:

  • Authenticity verification of luxury goods

  • Unopened or sealed items

  • Minor defects inherent to the product or damage/contamination of external boxes or cases

  • Color differences caused by monitor settings or lighting

  • Operation status of electronic devices

  • Color and size discrepancies without tags or markings

  • Confirmation of random freebies (such as first-come, first-served gifts or items without clear stock information, excluding pre-order benefits)

  • Bulk purchase inspections (20 or more identical items, bundled sets, or wholesale quantity/quality checks)

Additionally, inspections for bulk purchases of 20 or more identical items are not included in the Standard or Premium handling services. If you require this type of inspection, please contact our customer service team via Chat support. Additional charges may apply depending on the actual inspection time.

Fragile items such as ceramics, glassware, figures, and cosmetics are at risk of damage during both domestic and international shipping.

Please note that Delivered Korea is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If you are ordering fragile items, we recommend considering this risk before placing your order.

For We Buy & Ship orders, including those from Bunjang and DK stores with 20 or more items, a detailed inspection of each individual item for missing parts or defects is not possible.

In such cases, we will only verify that the items received match the seller's shipment and proceed with shipping without additional inspection.

We are unable to verify the authenticity of items purchased through Bunjang, especially secondhand goods. If you require authenticity confirmation, please contact us via Chat Support before placing your order. Upon request, we may contact the seller and provide any available information.
