Ordering online can be straightforward and stress-free if you keep a few essential guidelines in mind. Here are answers to frequently asked questions and practical tips to help you navigate the ordering process.
Q1. My order status shows “Ordered” but it was canceled due to being out of stock. Why? A: The product page may not have been updated yet to show the item as sold out. The cancellation is valid because the item is actually out of stock.
Q2. My made-to-order item seems delayed. How can I check the status? A: The seller usually provides an estimated delivery time on the product page. If you feel the delivery is delayed, please check that page again for updates.
Q3. When will my Priority Order be purchased? A: Priority Orders are processed within 48 business hours (09:00–17:00 KST). Orders placed outside business hours may be processed the next business day, and late submissions can be canceled.
Example:
If a pre-order deadline is 9 PM on the 25th, but you submit your Priority Order at 7 PM (which is outside our business hours), your order cannot be processed. In this case, you will receive a full refund, including the $2 Priority Order fee.
Q4. I want to buy only specific items from a Bunjang post. What should I do?A: Please attach an image of the items you want to buy. We will confirm and purchase only those items, then charge or refund the difference accordingly.
However, if the listed price seems excessively high, please contact us via Chat support before placing your order.
Q5. I placed an order, but the product is back “on sale.” Is this a problem? A: When you place an order, payment is automatically processed and the post status changes to “sold out.” If the payment amount and items differ, a refund and repurchase may be required, causing the post to revert to “on sale.”
Q6. My order is still in the “Ready to Pay” tab even though I completed payment. What should I do? A: “Ready to Pay” means unpaid. Please check the “Ordered” or “Domestic Shipping Start” tabs for your confirmed order. If your order is listed there, you can safely delete the duplicate order from “Ready to Pay.”
Q7. How is payment processed on Bunjang, and when will the seller ship my item? A: When you place an order on Bunjang, payment is automatically processed based on the price listed in the post. The seller may ship the item immediately or after a few days. Domestic delivery usually takes about 3–4 days, but depending on the courier, it may take up to a week.
Q8. How can I confirm the actual price and quantity before ordering?
A: The actual price and quantity are often shown in the Details(Product description) or images uploaded by the seller. Please check carefully before submitting your order.
Q9. Why Is the Item Still on Sale After Ordering?
A: When you place an order, the item is marked as out of stock and payment is made.
However, the payment can be temporarily canceled during checks — like price updates or condition review.
If your order hasn’t been canceled, it’s still being processed.
Thanks so much for your patience!
Q10. I’m not sure about the currency unit for Bunjang. How much is 1.0 in Bunjang?
Please note that Bunjang is a second-hand marketplace, so each seller sets their own prices independently.
If a seller posts multiple items in one listing, they can only enter one price — usually for just one item. The actual prices for each product are usually written in the post description, so be sure to check there!
Many sellers use abbreviated numbers to show prices in Korean won (₩):
0.5 = ₩5,000
1.0 = ₩10,000
10.0 = ₩100,000
So if you see 1.0, it usually means ₩10,000, not $1!
