Receiving Package

Here’s how to manage your incoming packages once they arrive at Delivered Korea.

When your package arrives at our warehouse, we register it in our system. Here’s what happens based on the service you’re using

We handle the entire process, from purchasing the item to registering the package under your suite account. Once your We Buy Order arrives at our warehouse, it will be registered under your suite number and assigned a package ID.

What to do: You can request packing or shipping services straight away from Service > Warehouse > Received.

[Go to We Buy and Ship Guide]

When a package you ordered arrives at your suite address, we will register it under your suite number. There are two possible scenarios:

Case 1: Order Form Submitted Before Package Is Registered

  • If you've already submitted an order form before we register the package, it will automatically appear under Service > Warehouse > Received as soon as we upload it.

  • What to do: You can now request packing or shipping services for that package.

Case 2: Package Registered Before Order Form Is Created Submitted

  • If we register the package before you submit an order form, the registered package will appear under Service > You Buy & Ship.

  • What to do: Fill in the item details in the order form. Once completed, the package will automatically move to Service > Warehouse > Received, just like in Case 1.

To check packages that have been received and are ready for action, go to Service > Warehouse > Received on the Delivered Korea website.

Delivered Korea only provides services for packages sent from Korean addresses. Packages arriving from overseas that require import clearance or tax payments may be declined and returned to the sender.

Additionally, Delivered Korea does not provide Personal Customs Clearance (PCC) numbers to customers.
