Go to [My Page] > [Account] > [Edit].
Click Membership Withdrawal, then follow the confirmation steps to complete the process.
All personal data and order history will be permanently deleted.
Any remaining balance or credits will be forfeited.
You won’t be able to log in or retrieve any account information afterward.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you have any upcoming shipments or unreceived packages associated with your account, please do not delete your account.
Once deleted, you will no longer be able to track, claim, or receive any remaining packages.
Once your account is deleted, you will permanently lose all associated data, including:
– Personal information – Order and tracking history – Any remaining credits or balance
Account deletion cannot be undone—even our support team cannot restore your account or data after deletion.
If you have pending shipments, unclaimed packages, or active services, we strongly recommend that you do not delete your account. Please ensure that all deliveries are complete before proceeding with deletion.
Please consider carefully—once your account is deleted, recovery will be impossible.
