We would like to provide an update on our operation schedule for the upcoming Seollal holiday. Our main office and warehouse will be closed from February 14th to February 18th for the Seollal holiday, as shipping carriers in Korea pause operations during this period.
During this period:
Warehouse
No warehouse operations or shipments will be processed during the holiday.
Order Processing
You can still place We Buy (including Bunjang, DK Store) orders throughout the holiday.
However, please note that orders placed after February 9th(Mon) may arrive at our warehouse later than usual due to domestic courier delays. We kindly advise you to take this possible delay into consideration.
Customer Service
Customer service related to warehouse and shipping will not be available.
Customer service for We Buy orders will stay open throughout the holiday. Our team will be operating with limited staffing, so replies may take a little longer than usual. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
