On September 23rd, the following tasks will be processed in sequential order:
Inspection and warehousing for items that arrived at our warehouse before September 22nd
Work on optional services requested before September 22nd
Dispatch of international shipping orders paid before September 22nd
Order processing and customer support may take longer than usual during the holiday period.
Orders and requests will be processed in the order received.
For orders requiring stock or option confirmation with a seller, processing will follow that seller's own holiday schedule; purchase completion times may vary by order.
Even after a purchase is completed, seller shipping and our inspection/warehousing may be delayed due to seller and domestic courier holidays.
Ordering, purchasing, and customer support will operate on September 24th–25th, and will be closed on September 26th–27th.
Warehousing, optional services, and customer support will be closed for the entire holiday period.
Please note that responses may be slightly delayed during the holiday and post-holiday period due to a high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your kind patience and understanding.
