Please be advised that our shipping policy for items containing batteries has been updated to ensure compliance with international safety regulations. These changes are effective as of April 10, 2026.
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
Allowance: Up to 2 products with installed batteries per package.
Authorized Carriers: FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and Singapore Airlines.
Standalone Batteries: Power banks and individual battery units (not installed in a device) are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
Excessive Battery Units: Packages containing 3 or more battery-installed products cannot be shipped as-is. These must be split into multiple packages or partially discarded.
Consolidation Restrictions: If a consolidation request results in more than 2 battery units in a single package, the request can be automatically cancelled.
Shipping Costs: For split shipments, shipping fees will be charged individually for each generated package.
Inaccurate Descriptions: Any costs or penalties arising from discrepancies between the item description and the actual contents during customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
A processing fee of $5 per resulting package (for splitting) or $5 per original package (for disposal) will apply.
Option A (Split): Divided into 4 packages (2+2+2+1).
Total Fee: $20 ($5 × 4 packages)
Option B (Disposal): Keep 2 items, discard the remaining 5.
Total Fee: $5 (Processing fee for the package)
Option A (Split): Divided into 5 packages (2+2+2+2+1).
Total Fee: $25 ($5 × 5 packages)
Option B (Disposal): Keep 2 items total from the entire set, discard the remaining 7.
Total Fee: $15 ($5 × 3 original packages)
