[Important Notice] Updated Policy on Battery Shipments

Please be advised that our shipping policy for items containing batteries has been updated to ensure compliance with international safety regulations. These changes are effective as of April 10, 2026.

• Effective Date: April 10, 2026

• Allowance: Up to 2 products with installed batteries per package.

• Authorized Carriers: FedEx, DHL and Aramex(up to 1 battery per a Package).

• You can only choose from the shipping carriers displayed on the Shipping Checkout page. If a carrier is not shown as available during checkout, it cannot be selected for that shipment.

• Not available for battery shipments: UPS, Delivered Standard, K-Packet, EMS Premium, or Singapore Airlines.

• Standalone Batteries: Power banks and individual battery units (not installed in a device) are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

• Excessive Battery Units: Packages containing 3 or more battery-installed products cannot be shipped as-is. These must be split into multiple packages or partially discarded.

• Consolidation Restrictions: If a consolidation request results in more than 2 battery units in a single package, the request can be automatically cancelled.

• Shipping Costs: For split shipments, shipping fees will be charged individually for each generated package.

• Inaccurate Descriptions: Any costs or penalties arising from discrepancies between the item description and the actual contents during customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

A processing fee of $5 per resulting package (for splitting) or $5 per original package (for disposal) will apply.

• Option A (Split): Divided into 4 packages (2+2+2+1).

  • Total Fee: $20 ($5 × 4 packages)

• Option B (Disposal): Keep 2 items, discard the remaining 5.

  • Total Fee: $5 (Processing fee for the package)

• Option A (Split): Divided into 5 packages (2+2+2+2+1).

  • Total Fee: $25 ($5 × 5 packages)

• Option B (Disposal): Keep 2 items total from the entire set, discard the remaining 7.

  • Total Fee: $15 ($5 × 3 original packages)

If you request battery removal before international shipping, please note the following rules and fees.

• Unopened packages: Batteries cannot be removed unless you authorize us to open the package first.

• Temporary hold: If we need your decision (e.g., whether to open an unopened package), we may place the parent package on temporary hold until we receive your confirmation.

• Fee: A battery removal fee of USD 5 per package applies when battery removal is performed. The fee will be added to your international shipping payment.

• Consolidation scope: Only packages included in your consolidation request can be processed under that request.

• Handling note: The package/product may need to be opened and handled during battery removal, and some damage to the retail packaging may occur.

• Battery type: We do not provide a service to identify or confirm the specific battery type.

In some cases, a package may be incorrectly flagged in our system as “potentially containing batteries.” This system flag is not reflected in the customs declaration and will not affect customs clearance if the package does not actually contain batteries.
