We are pleased to announce the launch of our new service “Pickup in Korea,” allowing customers to shop online through Delivered Korea and pick up their orders directly in Korea.
This service is designed for customers traveling to Korea who would like to receive their items locally without international shipping.
Launch Date: May 14, 2026, 10:00am (KST)
*The Pickup Service will be available for all new eligible orders placed starting from the launch date. Please note that orders placed before the launch date cannot be changed to Pickup orders.
Key Features:
Shop online before arriving in Korea
Pick up your orders at designated pickup locations in Korea
No international shipping required for pickup orders
Convenient for travel, concerts, and shopping trips
Pickup Service is available only for We Buy orders (purchase requested through Delivered Korea).
Pickup must be selected and submitted before the order is placed.
Orders that were not submitted as Pickup (including packages already received at the warehouse) cannot be converted to Pickup later.
You Buy orders are not eligible for Pickup Service.
Delivered Korea primarily provides international forwarding services, so domestic delivery within Korea is not supported as a standard option (South Korea may not appear as a destination in Shipping Checkout).
In limited cases, domestic delivery may be arranged as a one-time exception by support.
To proceed, you must provide the recipient’s full name, full address in Korea, postal code, Korean phone number, and PayPal email address.
Fees: USD 20 handling fee + USD 5 domestic shipping fee (USD 25 total). A PayPal invoice will be sent, and shipment will be arranged after payment is confirmed.
As this is outside our standard service scope, Delivered Korea cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or other issues during domestic transit.
Pickup Service is currently in Beta and available only for selected products and locations. Service details, locations, and features may be updated or expanded during the Beta period.
