Notice: Changes to the Seoul Pickup Location and Procedure

Dear Customers,

Due to the relocation of our Seoul office, the pickup location and procedure have changed.

Pickup orders will now be delivered through a contactless pickup system using an unmanned parcel locker. Your locker number and pickup password will be sent to you on your scheduled pickup date, once your package has been placed in the locker and is ready for collection.
