Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you of an important update from UPS regarding international shipments to the United States.
Starting June 2, 2025, UPS will implement a new fee policy for shipments to the U.S.
New Fee: International Cash On Delivery Fee (ICOD Fee)
If duties, taxes, or other government-related charges (“customs charges”) are not prepaid by the recipient before delivery and are instead paid at the time of delivery, an additional fee of $12 USD will be charged to the recipient.
To avoid this fee, recipients in the U.S. can prepay customs charges through the UPS International Prepaid Application (IPPA) using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
To enable this, it is essential that accurate and reachable contact information — including the recipient’s name, phone number, and email address — be provided. Additionally, recipients may also access a payment link via the tracking page on UPS.com.
We strongly recommend all customers to ensure recipient information is correctly included when preparing shipments to the U.S., in order to avoid any delivery delays or additional fees.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your attention and continued support.
